Physical properties

Density: ρ=8.27g/cm3

Features:
· Similar linear expansion coefficient with the ceramic containing 95% Al2O3
   under the temperature of -60～600℃.
· Low structure stability
· Stable performance



Application:

Commonly used in aircraft factory, mainly for electric vacuum components, and sealing material for ceramic with Al2O3.Manufacture of electrode, lead plate and lead for large magnetron tubes. The ceramic should be selected to match the expansion coefficient of the alloy. The alloy should be tested for low temperature stability, and should go through proper thermal treatment to ensure the material has good performance in deep-drawing extension. Tightness testing should be done when the alloy is used in form of forgings.

Delivery State:

Non heat treatment or heat treatment (annealing, normalizing and high temperature tempering) state of delivery. For heat treatment delivery should be noted in the contract, or by non heat treatment delivery.
