Application:
Commonly used in aircraft factory, mainly used as sealing material for soft glass and ceramic.Manufacture of lead, frame, and sealing plug for radio tube,transistor, and integrated circuit. The material should be selected to match the expansion coefficient of the alloy. The alloy should go through proper thermal treatment to ensure the material has good performance in deep-drawing extension. Tightness testing should be done when the alloy is used in form of forgings and rolled products.

Delivery State

Non heat treatment or heat treatment (annealing, normalizing and high temperature tempering) state of delivery. For heat treatment delivery should be noted in the contract, or by non heat treatment delivery.
