Specification of heat treatment : normalizing 85Quenching 830 ° C ± 20 ° C, oil-cooled; tempering 540 ° C ± 50 ° C (specially required, ± 30 ° C).

After heat treatment and cold drawing hardening, S65C has high strength and certain toughness and plasticity; under the same surface condition and complete hardening, the fatigue limit is equivalent to that of alloy spring.

Applications


Mainly used for small-sized springs, such as pressure-regulating springs, force-measuring springs, general mechanical rounds, square spiral springs or drawn steel wires for small mechanical springs.

Delivery State


Non heat treatment or heat treatment (annealing, normalizing and high temperature tempering) state of delivery. For heat treatment delivery should be noted in the contract, or by non heat treatment delivery.
