Features

In the existing soft magnetic materials, the alloy has the highest saturation magnetic induction (2.4T), a high Curie point (980°C), and the largest saturation magnetostriction coefficient (60~100×10-6/°C). Due to the high saturation magnetic induction, the volume can be greatly reduced when manufacturing a motor of the same power, and a larger suction force can be produced under the same cross-sectional area when used as an electromagnet. Due to the high Curie point, the alloy can be operated at other soft magnetic materials and at higher temperatures with complete demagnetization, and maintains good magnetic stability. Due to the large amount of magnetostriction coefficient, it is very suitable for magnetostrictive transducers, with high output energy and high working efficiency. The alloy has a low electrical resistivity and should not be used at high frequencies. The price is relatively expensive, easy to oxidize, and the processing property is poor. Adding an appropriate amount of nickel or other elements can improve the processability.

Applications

It is suitable for aerospace and aerospace electrical components with light weight and small volume, such as microelectronic rotors, electromagnet poles, relays, transducers, etc.
