Features

he characteristics and uses are basically the same as the corresponding solid solution-strengthened iron-based alloys and age-hardenable iron-based alloys, with the difference being the basic difference. The basic metal of the iron-based superalloy is iron (about 50% iron), and the chromium content is about 10%-23%. The nickel content is about 7%-40%, while the nickel-based superalloy is made of nickel and has a nickel content of more than 50%. Due to the increase of nickel content, nickel-base superalloys have higher thermal strength than iron-based superalloys, and the maximum working temperature has reached about 1050 degrees, but their machinability has also deteriorated.
