specification of heat treatment and metallurgical structure


Specification of heat treatment : Hardening 730~840℃, preheat, 1190~1210℃ ( salt bath ) or 1200~1220℃ (Furnace atmosphere) heat, oil cooling, 540~560℃, tempering twice, 2h at a time.

Delivery State


Hot rolling, forging, cold drawn steel bar in annealed condition of delivery, hot rolling, forging steel rod to annealing other processing methods (peeling, gently pull, grinding or polishing) processing after the time of delivery.
