Characteristics and scope of application


It is the most widely used tungsten system for high speed steel, hardness and red hardness and high temperature hardness high, easy grinding. Specification of heat treatment : hardening 820~870℃ preheate, 1270~1285℃ ( salt bath furn) or 1270~1285℃ ( box furnace) heat, oil cooling, 550~570℃ tempering twice, 1h at a time

Hot rolling, forging, cold drawn steel bar in annealed condition of delivery, hot rolling, forging steel rod to annealing other processing methods (peeling, gently pull, grinding or polishing) processing after the time of delivery.
