Characteristics and scope of application


It is a commonly used alloy steel carburizing, carburizing surface has very high hardness, wear resistance and contact fatigue strength, also heart also retained good toughness, able to withstand high impact loads. SNCM220 mainly used as automotive bearing and impact resistance, wear parts materials.

specification of heat treatment and metallurgical structure


Specification of heat treatment : hardening,  880 + 20 ℃ for the first time, 790℃ + 20 ℃ for the second time, oil cooling; tempering, 150 ~ 200℃, air cooling.
Metallurgical Structure: martensite
