Characteristics and scope of application
The steel has the advantages of high strength, good quenching through and good abrasion resistance, but poor impact toughness. Used chiefly as a small to withstand impact load, high wear resistance of cold die and punch cold shear, drill sleeve, gauges, wire drawing die, stamping die, rub silk board, drawing dies and thread rolling die and so on.
