Characteristics and scope of application


The process is easy to be processed, and the toughness, plasticity and wear resistance can be obtained after proper heat treatment.
The steel has the best comprehensive mechanical properties at the temperature of 550℃~570℃

This kind of steel is quenched for the manufacture of mechanical parts under medium load and medium speed work, such as automobile steering knuckle, half shaft and machine tool gear, shaft, worm, spline shaft, top set; after quenching and tempering after used in the manufacture of high load, impact and moderate speed work parts. Such as gear, shaft, pump rotor, slider, collar and so on; after quenching and low temperature tempering for manufacturing under heavy load, low impact and abrasion resistance, parts, solid thickness at 25mm below the section such as worm, spindle, shaft, sleeve ring; quenched and high frequency quenching for manufacturing with surface the hardness and high wear resistance and no great impact on the parts, such as gears, shaft sleeve, spindle, spindle, crankshaft, connecting rod, pin, screw, nut, intake valve. In addition, this kind of steel and is suitable for the manufacture of Carbonitriding treatment of various transmission zero Pieces, such as larger diameter and low temperature toughness of the gear and shaft.

Specification of heat treatment : hardening temperature 850℃ ±10℃ , oil cooling; tempering temperature 520℃±10℃, water、oil、air cooling.

Delivery State


Hot rolling, forging, cold drawn steel bar in annealed condition of delivery, hot rolling, forging steel rods to annealing other processing methods (peeling, gently pull, grinding or polishing) processing after delivery.
