Characteristics and scope of application


Uniform distribution of fine carbides Excellent  galling and wear resitance exceptional toughness and fating resistance .

♦  High temper resistance to support PVD and  nitride surface treatments .

♦  Maching and griding characteristics superior to most  other tool steels  after heat treatment ,the hardness is higher than SKD11,tenacity is twice of SKD11.

♦  High hardness and toughness .

Punches and dies ,draw and forum dies ,shear blades ,shredder knives ,thread and form  rolls ,cold heading dies ,mill rolls and slitters .
