Characteristics and scope of application
Y40Mn is high sulfur medium carbon free cutting steel, good cutting performance, compared with 45 steel can improve tool life four times, and the production efficiency is improved by 30 percent, have higher strength and hardness, suitable for processing requirements of high rigid parts, such as the screw, light bar, gear and spline axis.
