Nicrofer 5923 hMo is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with extremely low silicon and carbon content, excellent corrosion resistance and high mechanical strength.

Features


1, Excellent corrosion resistance to most corrosive media under oxidizing and reducing conditions.

Characteristic


Nicrofer 5923 hMo, a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with extremely low carbon and silicon content, has no tendency to precipitate out of impurities during hot working and welding. Therefore, it is suitable for various chemical processes containing oxidizing and reducing media to be higher than other Ni-Cr- Mo stainless steel. NIcrofer 5923 hMo is more than three times less corrosive in some reducing environments (such as boiling 10% sulfuric acid) than conventional Ni-Cr-Mo stainless steel, and is also suitable for the chemical process industry in reducing environments. Shows the excellent corrosion resistance of Nicrofer 5923 hMo in hydrochloric acid. Alloy materials have the best corrosion resistance only in the proper metallographic state and pure crystal structure.
