Characteristics and scope of application


The strength and hardenability are better than 15Cr steel, but poor toughness ; good weldability, generally do not need heat treatment after welding. used in the heart part with the requirements of higher strength and surface bearing wear, larger size, or more complex shape and the load is not a large part of the carburizing. such as gear, gear shaft, cam, piston pin, worm, etc, can also be used as a fast working speed and withstand the medium impact load of the hardened and tempered parts.

Specification of heat treatment : hardening: 880℃ for the first time, 780～820℃ for the second time, water cooling, oil cooling; tempering 200℃, water cooling, air cooling.

Delivery State
