Characteristics and scope of application


Have high surface hardness, wear resistance and fatigue strength, and with good heat resistance and corrosion resistance, low hardenability. for the manufacture of  azotizing parts with high corrosion resistance, high fatigue strength and considerable strength, high dimensional precision after treatment, such as imitation, cylinder liner, gear, high pressure valve, boring bar, worm, grinding spindle and so on. but the larger size of the parts should not be used.

Specification of heat treatment : normalizing 940℃, water cooling, oil cooling; tempering 640℃, water cooling, oil cooling.
