Characteristics and scope of application


Good hot workability, cutting performance is good after normalizing , good comprehensive mechanical properties and low temperature impact toughness after hardening and tempering, have higher flexural strength and abrasion resistance after carburizing, but the welding performance is poor, proper preheating is needed before welding, timely tempering is also needed after welding. generally used in manufacturing requirements surface hardness high, good wear resistance of carburizing parts, such as gears, the camshaft connecting rod, sales and so on.
