Characteristics and scope of application


It is low phosphorus and sulfur composite free cutting steel, cutting performance is better than 30 steel but with the same heat treatment technology, quench sensitivity is equivalent or worse , the quenching medium can be selected according by the shape of parts and complexity. used for the manufacture of non thermal treatment of high strength standard parts, and also can be used for the production of heat treatment parts. Y30 processed into small parts, hardening and tempering can be carried out to improve life span.
