Supplied as coil it can be cut to your required lengths. 301 spring temper rolled strip offers the good corrosion resistance of a stainless steel combined with high strength and hardness. It is common for 301 spring temper rolled strip to be supplied with a polished surface finish; this is achieved by a fine grinding, abrasive brushing or another similar process. As an austenitic stainless steel grade it offers good corrosion resistance, similar to that of 304 stainless steel type. Suitable for environments such as rural, automotive, marine and industrial, when exposed to mildly corrosive conditions at ambient temperatures.
